- Tenders will close at 14:25 Hrs on the due date. Tenders will be opened at 14:30 Hrs. Tenders at SI. No. 1 to 5 will be opened at Kapurthala, and SI. No. 6 to 8 will be opened at Tilak Bridge, New Delhi.
