Public Notice: Possession Announcement for Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Project

PUBLIC NOTICE

As per subsection (1) of section 201 of Railway Act 1989, a notice is issued regarding the possession of structures acquired for Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. in various villages of Sub-Tehsil Indri, District Nuh. The award was announced on 01.04.2024.

Attention is drawn to all structure owners/interested persons whose lands were notified via Notification No. 20A No S.0.5302 (E) dated 17th December 2021 and Notification No. 20E S.0.1803 (E) dated 12th April 2022, with award announcements on 22-12-2022 & 10-02-2023 under the Railway Act 1989 for HRIDC construction in mentioned villages. Notifications were published in “Dainik Jagran” (Hindi) and “Hindustan Times” (English) versions on respective dates.

It is hereby informed that the award for the said structures under section 20H (2) of the Railway Act, 1989, was announced on 01.04.2024. The acquiring agency, Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (HRIDC), has deposited the compensation amount. Claimants may collect their compensation from the office within 60 days and surrender the possession failing which, police assistance will be sought for possession.
