The bid document is available online and bid shall be submitted online on the website https://www.hptenders.gov.in. Bidders would be required to register on the website, which is free of cost. For the submission of bids, the bidders are required to have a digital signature certificate (DSC) from one of the authorized certifying authorities (CA). Aspiring bidders who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-tendering in HPSEBL may obtain the same from the website https://www.hptenders.gov.in.
