The Managing Director, AWHO, Kashmir House, Rajaji Marg, New Delhi-110011, invites applications from reputable firms/contractors for pre-qualification. The deadline for submission is 30th April 2024.
PROJECT DETAILS:
Location: Kalindipuram, Prayagraj (UP)
Scope of Work:
- Construction of Ancillary Buildings
- Roads and Pathways
- Sewage System
- Rain Water Harvesting System
- Internal and External Services
Approximate Cost: Rs 7.50 Cr (inclusive of GST and labour cess)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Completion of similar work valued at not less than Rs 6.00 Cr
- Financial average turnover of not less than Rs 3.00 Cr
- Working capital of Rs 2.00 Cr
- Solvency of Rs 3.00 Cr
Project Completion Time: 12 months
