E-TENDER NOTICE

Divisional Railway Manager (Engineering) / North Central Railway / Prayagraj, for and on behalf of the President of India, invites the following E-Tenders (Two Packet System) on the prescribed form for the following works up to 13:30 hrs. on 15.05.2024. The details of the tenders are as under:-

• Tender No.: 16
• Approx Cost of Work (Rs.): Rs. 199515746.65
• Name of Work: RRH-TDL: Providing and erecting “W” metal cattle barrier along the track including gate to prevent CRO in connection with increasing speed up to 160 KMPH in RRH-TDL section under Sr.DEN/III/PRYJ.
• Bid Security (Rs.): Rs. 1147600.00
• Completion Period: 03 Months
• Date of Opening of Tender: 15.05.2024
• Similar Work for Eligibility Criteria: Any Civil Engineering Work

Note:-

1. The complete information along with tender document of above E-Tenders is available on the website www.ireps.gov.in up to 13:30 hrs. on the due date of tender opening i.e. 15.05.2024. The tender shall be opened at or after 15:00 hrs. on the due date.
2. Bids other than in the form of E-Bids shall not be accepted against above Tenders. For this purpose, vendors are required to get themselves registered with IREPS website along with Digital Signature Certificates issued by CCA under IT Act-2000.
3. Rates entered into Financial Rate page and duly signed digitally shall be considered. Rates and any other financial entity in any other form/letterhead if attached by vendors shall be straightaway ignored and shall not be considered.
4. Tender No. 16 is having advertised value more than 50 Lakhs, therefore. Annexure-V & V (A) (Document Verification Certificate) are required. The supplier/contractor of goods and/or services would be subject to the GST Act and Rules as applicable from time to time.
5. Documents being attached should be signed by the tenderer on its body.
6. This tender notice has also been uploaded on www.ncr.indianrailways.gov. in.
7. Cost of Tender document and Bid Security can be deposited Online through Internet Banking or Payment Gateway or Bank Guarantee Bond as detailed in para 12 of the tender document.
8. In case of any difficulty, helpdesk available on the website of IREPS may be approached.
9. Tender online can be submitted up to 13:30 hrs. on 15.05.2024.
10. Along with other instructions given to Tenderers, Tenderers are required to pay special attention to Para 12.0 of the Tender Document for Bid Security Deposit.
11. E-Tender Forms shall be issued free of cost to all Tenderers.
12. For tender no. 16: The tenderer has to submit necessary documents in compliance with clause 10 to 18 (Part-l) of IRGCC-2022 (Works matter) mandatorily, otherwise, their offer will be considered as an Incomplete Offer and accordingly shall not be considered.
