Sealed tenders are invited from qualified contractors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar jobs and an average turnover of at least [specified amount] in the last three financial years. The proposed work includes strengthening RCC columns, beams, and slabs of the building up to [specified level or floor], repairing expansion joints, and ensuring leak-proof ground floor areas. Contractors interested must inspect the site and obtain tender documents from the Society office starting from 19.03.2024. Sealed tenders addressed to the President/Secretary should be submitted by 05.04.2024. Tenders received after this date will not be considered.
