E-TENDER NOTICE

Dy. Chief Engineer/Bridge/Line, North Central Railway, Prayagraj, on behalf of the President of India, invites e-TENDERS for the following work up to 14:30 hrs. on 08.04.2024. Details of the tender are as follows:

  • Tender No.: 2023-17
  • Name of Work: Replacement of Rivetted plate girder bridge No. 267 UP & DN by PSC slab at km 1025/21-23 in Kanpur-Rura section of Prayagraj Division.
  • Approximate Cost of Work (Rs.): 4,05,97,925.93
  • Bid Security (Rs.): 3,53,000/-
  • Completion Period: 06 Months
  • Date of Opening of Tender: 08.04.2024
  • Eligibility Criteria for Similar Work: Construction of any type of bridge.

Notes:

  1. Complete information along with the tender document of the above E-Tenders is available on the website www.ireps.gov.in up to 14:30 hrs. on the due date of tender opening i.e., 08.04.2024.
  2. Bids other than in the form of E-Bids shall not be accepted against the above tenders. Vendors must register with IREPS website along with a Digital Signature Certificate issued by CCA under IT Act-2000.
  3. Rates entered into the Financial Rate page and duly signed digitally will be considered. Rates and any other financial entity in any other form/letterhead if attached by vendors will be ignored.
  4. Attached documents should be signed by the tenderer on its body.
  5. Payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) & Tender Document Cost (TDC) for e-tendering shall be accepted through net banking or payment gateway only.
  6. For any difficulties, the helpdesk available on the IREPS website may be approached.
  7. Online tender can be submitted up to 14:30 hrs. on 08.04.2024.
  8. Suppliers of Goods and/or services are subject to GST Act and Rules applicable from time to time.
  9. The tenderer must submit necessary documents in compliance with clause 10 to 18 (Part-I) of GCC July 2020 mandatorily; otherwise, the offer will be treated as an incomplete offer and will not be considered.
