• Earnest Money Deposit: Bid Security must be deposited online through Internet Banking or Online Payment gateway. Other forms of Bid Security as specified in GCC are also acceptable. If using Bank Guarantee, ensure proper stamp duty as per UP Stamp Act, 2008.

Tender Opening Details:

• Date & Time: On or after the pre-determined date at 12:30 hrs.
• Location: Office of Divisional Railway Manager, Prayagraj. If the opening date is a holiday, it will be moved to the next working day.

Validity:
Offers should remain valid for 60 days post the tender opening date.
