Delhi Pollution Control Committee has developed an online mechanism through a Web Portal called Dust Pollution Control Self-Assessment for self-assessment by construction agencies with respect to dust pollution in their sites. The project proponents are required to mandatorily register at the web portal, self-monitor their activities, carry out self-audit for dust control measures, install PM2.5 and PM10 sensors, and deploy Anti-Smog Guns based on the total construction area. Non-compliance may lead to coercive action by the Commission for Air Quality Management.
