The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all maintenance activities across the campus, coordinating with vendors and staff, and implementing safety and preventive maintenance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day campus maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ensure proper upkeep of all school facilities, classrooms, and equipment.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures across the campus.
• Manage logistics and support staff to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repair or service work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and preventive measures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and safety compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant knowledge or experience in campus maintenance and facility management.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, building maintenance, and logistics operations.
• Experience in institutional or large-facility maintenance preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and basic computer literacy are essential.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance operations efficiently.
