Bhilai Steel Plant and its associated mines are conducting walk-in interviews for the engagement of Consultants (Doctors in Medical Disciplines) on a contractual basis.
Positions Available:
*BL = Backlog indicates that 07 posts are vacant due to previous backlog.
Eligibility Criteria for GDMOs:
- Essential Qualification: MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Registration: Must possess a valid State Medical Council (SMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC) Permanent Registration/Medical Practitioner License as on the date of advertisement.
- Experience: Should be physically fit and meet the medical standards of SAIL.
- Age Limit: Maximum 69 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview (11.06.2025).
Suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD):
GDMOs positions are identified suitable for PWBD candidates with a minimum of 40% disability of: (a) OA, OL, BL, OAL, CP, LC, Dw, AAV (Non-Surgical jobs) (b) SLD & (c) MD involving (a) to (b) above.
