Railyatri is hiring Facilities & Admin – Assistant
The opening is for the role of Facilities & Admin – Assistant. The selected candidate will support day-to-day administrative coordination, facility oversight, vendor management, and operational assistance. The role requires proactive problem-solving, coordination skills, and a professional approach when handling internal stakeholders and external service providers
Requirements:
1. 1-5 years work experience in facilities management:
- Candidates applying for the position must have 1-5 years work experience in facilities management.
- This experience may include handling daily facility operations, supervising housekeeping, ensuring maintenance, managing vendors, and maintaining facility records or reports.
- Experience in corporate facility management, commercial buildings, or large office setups will be considered an advantage.
2. Willingness to work in Night shifts:
- The role requires Willingness to work in Night shifts.
- The selected candidate must be flexible to work during night hours as per operational requirements.
- Support during emergency facility situations, vendor coordination, and issue resolution may occur during night shifts, making flexibility essential.
3. Basic Knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing):
- Candidates must have Basic Knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing).
- This includes basic troubleshooting, familiarity with mechanical systems, identifying facility issues, and assisting technical vendors.
