HIMUDA On the Spot Auction Notice 2024
HIMUDA announces On the Spot Auction of Commercial-builtup/Shops/Halls/Commercial Sites/Industrial/Educational plot/School Sites/Petrol Pump/Medical Sites, etc., on Lease Hold basis in various Colonies in Himachal Pradesh, including:
- Commercial complex(es) (i) Sector- Panwanoo near PNB (Ready for possession) (ii) near HIMUDA office Building in Sector- Parwanoo (Ready for possession) (iii) Sector-IV & V at Panwanoo (iv) Baddi
- Industrial plot(s) at (i) Khadeen (Parwanoo)
- Housing Colony(s) (i) Nalagarh (ii) Mandhala (Baddi) Bhatoli Kalan (iii) Basal Solan
- Educational Hub Kalujhanda (Badd).
The Auction will start w.e.f. 07.11.2024 onwards for various sites. Procedure and detail(s) of Auction may be seen on our website. Other information, i.e., Detail of units, Terms and Conditions, Application form for various places/site, and Date of Auction may be seen on HIMUDA website. Information regarding changes in the date of auction, if any, will be uploaded on HIMUDA website well in advance.
Before the start of the Auction, the Bidder on the Spot shall submit an application form duly filled and signed along with Bid Money/participation amount in the shape of Demand Draft in favor of CEO-cum-Secretary HIMUDA, payable at any Scheduled Bank in Shimla or in Cash. The balance amount of 10% Bid money is required to be deposited by the successful bidder at the fall of the hammer on the spot in the same manner as mentioned above.
NOTE: Inventory of unsold residential units, i.e., plots, flats, and houses, are also on display on HIMUDA website i.e., www.himuda.hp.gov.in, on a first-come, first-serve basis for which every Indian citizen including NRI can also apply.
