E-AUCTION PROGRAMME

This is for the information of the general public that e-Auction for grant of 02 mining units/mineral rights for excavation of minor minerals namely Boulder Gravel Sand and Only Sand from District Panchkula will be held on 02.12.2024 as per the schedule given below:

Note: The manual for prospective bidders shall be available on e-Auction portal.

Details of 02 minor mineral mines are as under:-

The period of contract shall commence w.e.f. the date of grant of Environmental Clearance by the competent authority and the Consent to Operate (CTO) by the State Pollution Control Board whichever is later or on expiry of the period of 12 months from the date of issuance of Lol whichever is earlier.

The mining contractor shall prepare a Mining Plan along with the Mine Closure Plan (Progessive & Final) from the Recognized Qualified Person as per Chapter 10 of the State Rules 2012 for mining area granted on contractor and shall get the same approved by an officer authorized by the Director Mines & Geology Haryana in this behalf. He shall also be liable to prepare Replenishment Study Report from Qualified Person.

Further he/they will also be liable to submit drone survey reports along with images before start of mining operation and every year will also submit quarterly report i.e. January 15th April 15th June 15th August 15th & November 15th that includes pre-monsoon drone survey report of the month of June and a post monsoon drone survey report conducted in the last week of September alongwith images so taken from drone from DRIISHYA.

The contractor/Lol holder shall obtain prior Environmental Clearance for the Mining block(s)/area from Competent Authority as required under notification dated 14.09.2006 issued by the MoE&F Gol or as amended from time to time and also other required approvals for mining including Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate before commencement of actual mining operations.

After the acceptance of highest bid by the State Government and on issuance of Letter of Intent the Lol holder shall execute an agreement in Form MC-I (including surety as per approved Government/collector rate) appended to the Haryana Minor Mineral Concession Stocking Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules 2012 within a period of 90 days of the order of grant of Lol.

The Auction notice can also be obtained from the office of the Mining Officer Mines and Geology Department Panchkula or from the office of the Director General Mines and Geology Haryana 2nd Floor DHL Square Plot No. 9 Sector- 22 IT Park Panchkula on any working day.
