WHEREAS M/S SKODA AUTO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, vs. K.P. AGARWAL & ANR., has filed a Revision Petition No. 2409 of 2023 of the State Commission, Uttar Pradesh. The above mentioned Revision Petition is pending before the National Commission, New Delhi wherein you have been arrayed as Respondent.
