Tenders will be opened on the due date at 3:00 pm in the presence of authorized intending tenderers. Tenders not submitted on the prescribed form, or not accompanied by the required Earnest Money or MSME Certificate, will be summarily ignored.

- The PI(EP) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
- The date and time for opening the Financial Bids (Price Bids) will be intimated later, following evaluation of the technical bid/sample evaluation.
- Offers not submitted on the prescribed form will not be considered.
