POSTGRADUATE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION & RESEARCH, CHANDIGARH

The Director, PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh 160012, invites sealed tenders for a Rate Contract. The details are provided below. Manufacturers and their authorized dealers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions outlined in the tender form. The sealed tender, comprising Technical Bids & Financial Bids (Price Bids), should be addressed to the Purchase Officer (HPD) and submitted as per the schedule mentioned:

  • Tender Enquiry Number & Date: Pros. Br. Indgn. (HPD)/315
  • Brief Description of Goods: Purchase of Wheat Brown Bread
  • Amount of Bid Security (EMD) (INR): Rs. 242801/- (Rupees twenty-four thousand eight hundred and one only)
  • Closing date & Time for receipt of Bids: On or before 04.04.2024 at 12:30 P.M.
  • Time and Place for opening of Bids: 04.04.2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Procurement Branch (HPD), Central Store, 2nd Floor, Nehru Building, PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh.

Note:

  • Payment should be made via Account Payee Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque/Deposit at call receipt or an FDR/TDR/Bank Guarantee in original.
  • Bids received with FDR/TDR will be summarily rejected.
  • Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and recognized startups by the Department of MSME are exempted from submitting EMD upon producing the requisite certificate.
  • Ensure bids are delivered to the Procurement Branch (HPD), 2nd Floor, C-Block, Central Store, Sector-12, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Bids sent to other PGIMER branches/departments/centers will not be considered.
  • In case of declared holidays/closed days at PGIMER, Chandigarh, the bids will be received/opened on the next working day at the specified venue and time.
  • The tender document is non-transferable.
  • The tender document consists of pages 1 to 33. Submit a tender acceptance letter on the company letterhead, signed, and stamped as per annexure V along with other required documents.
  • Offers not on the prescribed form will not be considered.
