SHORT NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER
E-tenders are hereby invited by the HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. (HPAIC), Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002 for the purchases of Micronutrients on behalf of Department of Agriculture of Himachal Pradesh on Annual Rate Contract basis for the year 2024-25.
The detailed tender document along with schedule of items will be available on the e-procurement website of HP Govt. https://hptenders.gov.in & the Corporation website https://hpaicl.co.in. The bidder would be required to register on the e-procurement website of HP Government https://hptenders.gov.in for submission of bid. Further, the bidder is also required to have valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from certifying authority. For more information, please visit website: https://hptenders.gov.in.
The tenders are to be submitted only through e-procurement platform at https://hptenders.gov.in. Tenders submitted in any other form will not be accepted. However, hard copy of uploaded tenders along with other documents will have to be submitted in the HPAIC H.O. Shimla-2 well before the last date. The tenders shall be visible on e-procurement website from 04.03.2024 & can be submitted/uploaded up to 18.03.2024 up to 11.00 AM.
