Job Openings:

1. Sales Officers:

• For a leading brand and based out of Kollam district, having 2-3 years of dealer network experience preferably in small appliances business.
• This position involves meeting dealers regularly, building strong business relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Candidates will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring product visibility in retail outlets.
• The role includes planning monthly dealer visits, market analysis, and competitor tracking to improve brand presence.
• Applicants must have good communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and willingness to travel within the Kollam district.
• Experience in small appliances or consumer durable sales will be an added advantage.

2. Finance Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting and financial management preferably with an FMCG industry background.
• This position requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and daily accounting operations.
• Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, preparing monthly MIS reports, and managing cash flow effectively.
• The candidate should have experience handling audits, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is expected along with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in FMCG finance operations will be highly preferred due to the fast-moving nature of the business.
