  • Does not arrange or guarantee the delivery of items posted by users
  • Does not accept liability for delivery disputes or lost/stolen items

All shipping and delivery arrangements are solely the responsibility of the individual seller and buyer.


2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers offering delivery must:

  • Clearly state shipping availability, cost, method, and estimated timeframes in the ad
  • Use reputable delivery services with tracking (when applicable)
  • Provide accurate dispatch updates and tracking information to buyers
  • Ensure safe and appropriate packaging of items
  • Comply with all local shipping regulations and restrictions

Failure to deliver an item after accepting payment may result in account suspension or legal action.


3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should:

  • Review shipping terms before completing a purchase
  • Communicate directly with the seller to confirm delivery details
  • Inspect packages upon delivery and report issues promptly

4. Shipping Disputes

In the event of non-delivery or disputes:

  • Buyers should first attempt to resolve the issue with the seller directly
