NOTICE INVITING e-TENDER – Establishment of ABSL-lil laboratory Facility & Other Works at IISER Bhopal

The Superintending Engineer Institute Works Department Bhopal, acting on behalf of the Board of Governors, is inviting online item rate tenders for sl. no. 1 and percentage rate tenders for sl. no. 2 & 3. This invitation is open to CPWD enlisted contractors of appropriate class, as well as other eligible firms and contractors of repute. The tender is being conducted using a two-envelope system for the following work: NIT No. & date: IWD/SE/NIT/2024-25/13 dt. 22.10.2024, Name of work: Establishment of ABSL-lil laboratory Facility (Primate Mice Rabbit & GP) including the civil construction of G+t Building along with the electrical work internal furnishing work and the on-site Validation Testing & Documentation as per the latest RCGM/ ICMR recommendations and CMC for 3 years including DLP period on TURNKEY basis at IISER Bhopal. The estimated cost is Rs. 496,48323/- with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 992966/-. The project is expected to last for 09 months.
