Commercial Plots Opposite Noida Stadium Near ADOBE, Noida

Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, Minister of Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh, along with Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, announced the launch of a new scheme for Commercial Plots in Noida. The strategic location of the plots near Noida Stadium and the Metro Station offers excellent connectivity to the city center.

The scheme, with code 2024-25 (Builder Plot – III), is set to open on 22.10.2024, and the bid submission period starts from 29.10.2024 and ends on 22.11.2024 at 5.00 PM. Interested parties can participate by registering on the portal https://nda.etender.sbi and depositing the necessary fees and earnest money before the deadline.
