PUBLIC NOTICE — E-AUCTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF FINANCIAL ASSETS
In terms of the policy of ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI Bank) on Sale of Financial Assets and in line with the regulatory guidelines ICICI Bank hereby invites EOI from interested Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Small Finance Banks/ARCs/NBFCs/Fls for purchase of eleven Non-Performing Assets (Financial Assets) on the terms and conditions indicated herein. It is hereby clarified that confirmation of the name of successful bidder will be subject to final approval by the competent authority of ICICI Bank:
Reserve Price: 198.0 million
Term of Sale: 100% Cash basis

- The sale of aforesaid Financial Asset(s) is on As is Where is Basis, As is What is Basis, and Without Recourse Basis
- The e-bidding process if required will be conducted through M/s e-Procurement Technologies Ltd (Auction tiger) on the website of auction agency icicibank.auctiontiger.net as detailed above. The e-bidding process shall be subject to terms & conditions contained in the offer document which will be made available to Parties post execution of NDA.

ICICI Bank will not be responsible/liable in case of non-receipt of EOI by ICICI Bank for the reasons beyond the control of the Bank. Interested Parties are expected to take efforts to find out the status of communication sent by them to ICICI Bank to ensure their participation in the auction process.
This notice and contents hereof are subject to any prevailing laws, rules, and regulations of India.
