SHORT TERM NOTICE FOR INVITATION OF E-TENDERS (NI P. Jal Nigam (Urban) online e-tender in two bid system on percentage rate basis for construction of Supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for Shifting and laying of 250mm dia pipe line by trenchless method from LIC HFL Building to Collectorate at M.G. Road Agra and other appurtenant works i.e. Excavation Dismentaling & Reinstatement of roads MS fabrication works sand filling scaffolding barticading and other unforeseen works under Deposit Works Programme as per specifications in tender document. The scope of work also includes trial tun of 3 months & defect liability period of 1 year for Civil works after completion of successful trial run. All completed and commissioned work shall be handed to Jal kal Vibhag Nagar Nigam Agra as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge after 3 month of successful trial run period. E-bid documents will be available on U.P. Govt. e-procurement portal https://etendcr.up.in and U.P.J.N. (Urban) website www.jn.upsde.gov.in for download from dated 18.10.2024 from 17:00 hrs. Pre-bid meeting will be held on dated 22.10.2024 at 12:30 PM in undersigned office. E-bids can be submitted till 30.10.2024 upto 15:00 Hrs. Technical hid shall be opened on 30.10.2024 at 16:00 hrs. in the Office of the Executive Engineer Construction Division-I UPJN (Urban) Agra in presence of contractor or their authorized representative who wish to participate E-tender Cost is Rs. 10000.00 + GST @18%.
